Delete Your Account

Delete from the app

Open Nutrition Scan, go to Settings, choose Account and tap Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support from your registered email address and ask for account deletion.

What is deleted

The request covers your Nutrition Scan member profile, server-side entitlement record, registered notification devices and encrypted nutrition backup. Your Firebase sign-in account is also removed when deletion completes.

What stays on your device

Local food history and photos are controlled by your device. Clear app data or uninstall Nutrition Scan to remove remaining local files.

Safety period

A short safety period may apply so an accidental request can be reviewed. The app displays the current period when you submit the request. Access is disabled while deletion is scheduled.

Need help

If you cannot sign in, contact support from the same email address used for your Nutrition Scan account. We may ask for verification before processing the request.
